While grassroots action provides immediate relief, policy change addresses structural problems. C.S.R.D engages in social research and policy advocacy to influence public guidelines and welfare schemes for the underprivileged.

• Welfare Registration support: Helping citizens register for official government welfare schemes, pensions, and identity cards.
